The IT Project Manager at SWATX will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructures, project management methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes and drive technological advancement within the organization.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and network systems.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
