- Research, scout, and validate potential partners aligned with our ICP
- Build and maintain lead lists using internal tools and external sources
- Verify partner details and ensure lead quality before handover to sales
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential partners
- Qualify partners based on defined criteria (business type, readiness, fit)
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities and hand over to the sales team
- Support onboarding (OB) partners with required documentation and setup
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and status updates
- Handle basic admin tasks related to partner activation and follow-ups
- Assist in training new partners on platform basics and processes
- Support preparation of training materials, guides, and FAQs
- Act as a first point of contact for basic partner questions during onboarding
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and messaging)
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel is a plus
