- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Build partnerships with contractors, developers, and major construction stakeholders.
- Represent WOLFFKRAN at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Conduct market research on customer needs, project pipelines, and developments.
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Contribute to regional go/no-go assessments.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision makers.
- Provide consultative guidance on tower crane selection.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support.
- Maintain understanding of WOLFFKRAN tower crane specifications and applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for tailored solutions.
- Communicate technical value propositions clearly.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 sales representatives.
- Set objectives, track performance, and drive improvements.
- Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and market insights.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and execute sales strategies.
- Leadership capability and team management experience.
- Technical understanding of tower cranes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of heavy equipment sales experience, preferably tower cranes.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and building relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
