- Conducting quality reviews of reports and coordinating with stakeholders and reporting teams to provide feedback and enhance report quality.
- Managing the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports across disciplines and stakeholder groups.
- Facilitating alignment meetings and workshops to ensure consistent understanding of reporting requirements, project performance, and data interpretation across stakeholder groups.
- Monitor project progress against established metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to project teams and leadership.
- Review and edit reports to ensure alignment with organizational standards, methodologies, and processes.
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that deliver insights into project performance, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Use Excel and other data visualization tools to present data in a clear and user-friendly format.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data from various sources, including PPM tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends within complex datasets.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data collection, reporting processes, and tools.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.
- Extensive experience delivering PMO and project controls services within construction and consultancy sectors, backed by APM PPC foundation and practitioner certifications.
- Strong technical and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting project success through structured planning, performance monitoring, and collaborative delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, project management, or a related field is typically required.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau), advanced excel skills, knowledge of SharePoint.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
