- Manage relationships with a defined number of global and multinational customers and prospects within specific sectors (serving as the primary contact and coordinating with internal stakeholders).
- Ensure all Key Account activities are aligned with the global/regional sector strategy.
- Deliver regional and/or country customer budget targets through a healthy sales pipeline, strong contractual performance, and proactive planning.
- Participate in regional customer initiatives and support implementation of global business plans.
- Collect and prepare relevant customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and ensure proper implementation and handover (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures).
- Provide regular updates to Regional Customer Managers and executive sponsors, ensuring visibility on business-critical topics.
- Execute the global/regional sector strategy at the country level.
- Serve as the key point of contact for global customer stakeholders at the local level.
- Solid understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including DGF products and business models; prior experience with multinational customers is required.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs, gather insights, and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management and a strong sales background.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
