- Ensures they have the capability and tools to deliver results for the company and the Customer. On-going responsibilities include, achieve optimum performance levels by clearly communicating company and local requirements, including individual and team performance expectations and targets. Uses approved tools to set and manage performance and ensure goal achievement.
- Initiates any actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved, including re-assigning duties and implementing approved contingency arrangements.
- Participates in discussions with employees. Includes providing specific information relating to new or changing employees or operational requirements.
- Shares relevant information and collaborates to resolve issues and achieve required results for the business and its’ Customers.
- For assigned areas not covered by existing processes, (Customer requirements, facility constraints, line-haul, equipment) contributes to the development and/or implementation of local processes and procedures that maximizes efficiencies.
- Evaluates results and takes appropriate actions where issues are not of a systemic or procedural nature and provides accurate and timely verbal and written reporting of results.
