He set up monitoring, handle incidents and problems, and review vendor contracts and service agreements (SLA / SLM). The position requires expertise in planning system updates, migrations, and shutdowns while ensuring continuous performance and reliability. Strong technical and process management skills are expected.Key Accountabilities: DescriptionDocumenting the Transition Process & Training for Operation TeamDevelop one or more visual dashboards monitoring the system behaviorSet-up an Operation Reporting ProcessDevelop a Ticket Clearing Board for incidentsEnsure high availability of mandatory compliance documentsKey Accountabilities: Performance Indicators100% Completion of Transition Process documentation and related Trainings100% Completion of minimum “one” visual dashboards every 6 monthsWeekly reporting of operation findings and issuesDecrease 20% of total incidents in each release compared to previous releaseMaximum 3x findings in audit Report with “low risk”Major ActivitiesEnsure the stability of connected car service operation by managing the technical setup and backend systems.Document the transition process and train the operations team to ensure complete handover with no gaps in knowledge or documentation.Set up and improve a ticket-clearing system to reduce incident volume through proactive resolution and tracking.Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure fast and reliable support.Develop and maintain visual dashboards to monitor system behavior, delivering at least one new dashboard every six months for the first 2 years.Establish a structured operations reporting process to track and communicate findings and issues on a weekly basis.Regularly check and improve service processes to ensure they are efficient and meet company standards.Manage compliance documents to ensure high availability and minimize audit findings.Job Context

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in technical science or equivalent (or a comparable degree).Minimum Experience5 to 7 years experience in IT Operation or similar positionJob-Specific Skills
  • Strong technical expertise in telematics, mobility connectivity, autonomous driving, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects / programs.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking.
  • Experience in managing partners/vendors to deliver the requested projects, solutions, and services.
  • Experience in international projects (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience driving request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) processes and evaluate the technical proposals.
  • Familiar with IT / ITIL Concepts
  • Familiar with IT Architecture Management concepts
  • Experience in Documentation and Reporting
