- Supervise and manage breakfast service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality breakfast service that exceeds guest expectations
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Coordinate daily operations between breakfast service, kitchen, and housekeeping departments
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for breakfast supplies and equipment
- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to maintain service excellence and operational knowledge
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including service metrics and staff performance records
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and company policies
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast service environment
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations
- Proven experience managing breakfast service operations in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Customer service excellence and guest-focused mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferred
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and Fairmont service philosophy is advantageous
