This position will play a central role in translating complex data into compelling, decision-ready outputs. The ideal candidate will support national transformation efforts by driving clarity across giga-projects, economic diversification plans, on the project.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive-Level ReportingDevelop dashboards, briefings, and reports for C-suite and government stakeholders.Translate technical analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.Leverage data visualization tools to present performance insights and trends.Analyze cross-sector investment data, market trends, and impact metrics.Deliver reporting aligned with team priorities, commitments, and goals.Support project evaluation and investment performance assessments.Stakeholder Engagement & CoordinationWork closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and government entities.Coordinate strategic reporting efforts across departments and sectors.Represent the organization in executive meetings and forums when needed.Qualifications & Experience15-20 years of experience in executive reporting, strategic analysis, or project management.Strong track record of developing leadership-level reports and briefings.Experience with Saudi national transformation programs, initiatives, or similar giga projects.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Public Policy.Expertise in reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and executive presentation formats.Analytical and written communication skills suitable for senior leadership engagement.Experience in GCC public sector reporting or consulting.Familiarity with ESG frameworks and economic development metrics.Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and executive-level expectations.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
