- Develop and implement reporting frameworks for construction projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to create comprehensive reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, providing timely updates and alerts regarding variances.
- Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and tools, driving continuous enhancement of reporting efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior reporting engineers and project staff on reporting standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all reporting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction reporting, project controls, or project management.
- Advantage if the applicant handles EPMO or PMO reporting.
- Experience in Automation will be a plus.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools (e.g., Primavera, Power BI, MS Project, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven experience in leading reporting initiatives and working collaboratively within project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
- Professional certification in project management or reporting is a plus.
