- Lead, motivate, empower a team within a time sensitive and demanding environment
- Develop and implement a workplace technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies that can enhance collaboration, productivity, or security.
- Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and IT to plan future workplace needs (e.g., hybrid work, smart offices).
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools across teams and devices.
- Monitor usage and employee feedback to improve digital workplace experiences.
- Manage provisioning and lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Standardize and enforce endpoint security, patching, and compliance.
- Oversee AV systems, conference room tech, Wi-Fi, printing solutions, and digital signage.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability and responsiveness for high-priority incidents impacting workplace technologies.
- Lead vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs to ensure high availability and performance of workplace tech services.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track digital workplace adoption, service quality, and user satisfaction.
- Champion employee enablement by partnering with Chalhoub University to provide onboarding and training for workplace technologies.
- Support ITSM practices (e.g., incident, problem, and change management) to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning for workplace services.
- Lead adoption of AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and reduce support friction
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing end-user technologies, digital workplace platforms, and IT operations in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based productivity suites such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Freshservice/Freshdesk collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and endpoint management solutions including Ivanti, and Asana.
- Strong background in device lifecycle management, digital collaboration, and IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric workplace experiences and leading transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of IT service management processes aligned with ITIL framework; ITIL v4 certification preferred.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Security, SSO/MFA, mobile and desktop management, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and AV systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in project management, vendor negotiation, service monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with KPI/OKR development, team coaching, and performance management within a workplace tech environment
