1. Objective
To support the company’s sales growth by identifying customer needs, proposing suitable HVAC solutions, and ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client requirements. The Sales Engineer will act as a bridge between the technical team and the customer, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
- Technical Support
- Understand customer requirements and provide HVAC solutions accordingly.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies.
- Project Coordination
- Follow up on project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical issues.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Customer visit logs and CRM updates.
- Technical proposals and quotations.
- Project follow-up and closure reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC sales or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of air-conditioning systems and components.
