- Plan and manage parts sales budgets in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Establish pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer retention.
- Identify new business opportunities in the aftermarket parts segment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance performance.Requirements- 10+ years in automotive parts sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
