- Implementing clinical information systems including EHR, Medical Coding, CDSS, and related applications
- Analysing clinical workflows and processes; developing strategies to make workflows and processes more efficient through technology solutions
- Data analysis and reporting
- User training for clinical staff on the use of clinical information systems, workflows and best practices
- Staying up-to-date and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to healthcare informatics
- Continuous improvement and optimisation of healthcare information systems
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Health Information Management or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics, with a strong track record of implementing clinical systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in clinical data analysis, reporting tools, and EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
- Experience in InterSystems TrakCare is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in/willing to relocate to Jeddah
