- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their fashion needs, and providing personalized styling advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed personal sales targets by actively promoting fashion products and upselling to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the visual appeal of the store by arranging products in an attractive and organized manner.
- Process customer transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including receiving stock, conducting stock checks, and restocking shelves.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge sessions to enhance your understanding of fashion trends and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion sales, preferably within a retail environment.
- Passion for fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends and brands.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
