- Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving targets and meeting client needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing sales documents.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (preferably in logistics, retail, or FMCG).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
