Almarai currently employs over 41,000 employees servicing some 110,000 retail outlets and has reported net income of SAR 1.76 Billion on sales of SAR 18.72 Billion in 2022.An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.Successful candidate will be responsible for overall operations of producing processing meat products at the right quantity, right time, right quality and cost effective utilization of manpower, materials and equipment resources by managing and achieving targeted levels of efficiency in production, safety, quality parameters and optimize availability of process and production equipment by providing leadership to the production and project team.Preliminary focus will be to support the project team in the technical design, defining process steps and specification of the new facility.We are looking for a motivated and driven senior manager who will offer expertise in red meat range of products, will assist, and collaborate with factory plant design consultant, senior executives, and other stakeholders within the company. He will support leadership in the project team related to factory design, machineries, and process. Abattoir, boning and retail background and relevant experience is a must.We will contact candidates who have met essential requirements below:

Have at least 15 years' progressive red meat protein products management experience in modern, high speed, operations serving demanding customer base.
At least a level 5 qualification or bachelor's degree in Food Sciences or Engineering (with MBA desirable) or similar discipline
Certificate FSSC standards, ISO 9000 quality standards / ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety
Demonstrated knowledge and competency at high level about all facets of red meat processing operations, processes, equipment, systems, and factory setup
Strong communication in English
