SWATX is seeking a Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist to play a crucial role in the successful implementation and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions to our clients. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. The Senior Solutions Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships during the project lifecycle and providing expert guidance and support throughout the delivery process.RequirementsYou Will:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for clients, ensuring that project milestones are met and that outcomes align with customer requirements and satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, project management, and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
Develop and mentor junior team members, providing insights based on extensive experience in solution delivery.
Analyze complex customer needs and develop solutions that leverage SWATX's technology portfolio while adhering to industry best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies based on client feedback and evolving best practices.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering technology solutions in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Technical expertise in relevant technologies and solutions, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Desirable Requirements:

Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies within the sectors served by SWATX.
Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.
