Job Description*Job purpose:Preparing and organizing tender and contract documents, coordinating, studying, and analyzing contract requirements, terms, and conditions in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures.*Key responsibilities:Study and analyze requirements and amendments related to contracts and tender documents.Review the terms and conditions of contracts and tenders from a technical perspective in line with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.Prepare tender documents and contracts according to approved procedures.Organize and submit tender documents electronically.Prepare tender announcements and obtain approval prior to publishing.Hold bid opening sessions and document results in official records.Prepare reports on tender outcomes for government entities.SkillsExperience in managing, reviewing, coordinating, and executing contracts. Knowledge of tenders and government procurement processes. Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.EducationBusiness Administration / Supply Chain Management
