- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management and project teams.
- Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and appointments, ensuring proper time management.
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation and support in tender submissions or proposals when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, letters) in a professional manner.
- Monitor office supplies and support in procurement requests when needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with administrative procedures.
