We are looking for a Hard Services Supervisor (Female Buildings) to oversee and maintain Misk Schools’ physical environment. The role ensures the effective supervision of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems by monitoring and auditing service provider performance.Key Responsibilities:Supervise maintenance & repair of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, etc.).Conduct inspections, audits, and manage reactive & preventive maintenance.Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and safety standards.Review maintenance plans, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.Coordinate procurement, service provider meetings, and project progress.Support tendering, development projects, and emergency response for MEP assets.Requirements:BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (required).FM certification; LEED preferred.4+ years’ Facilities Management experience (2+ in supervision).Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.Excellent communication (English required, Arabic preferred).Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, CAFM/CMMS systems.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.📌 If you have the expertise and drive to maintain world-class facilities, apply now and be part of Schools’ vision
