💰 Salary: 2,500 to 4,000 SARRole Overview:
Misk Schools is seeking a Female Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning, pest control, laundry, waste management, porterage, and related services in female areas. The role ensures high service quality, compliance with standards, and contractor performance.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor FM service provider staff.Ensure cleaning schedules & service standards are achieved.Handle service requests via Helpdesk and resolve gaps.Conduct inspections, audits, and contractor meetings.Support procurement, inventory, and continuous improvements.Apply Health & Safety and BICSc standards.Requirements:BICSc qualification/skillset.Excellent communication & organizational skills.Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in soft services/FM.Experience in a complex/challenging environment preferred.📌 If you are innovative, detail-oriented, and experienced in facilities/soft services supervision, we’d love to hear from you!
