Job PurposeTo perform shift operation activities to run the plant to produce the required production quality & quantity as per the operation standard procedures and MSHEM procedure.Also to take all EHSS and equipment montring actions to prevent EHSS incident or equipments failures. Behave proactive & conduct patrolling to assure plant safety, security & equipment conditions.
Key Accountabilities
- Compliance withMSHEMS Procedure:
- • Comply with Maaden policies and MSHEMs procedures, quality procedures
- • Be aware of all MSDS, MSHEM in general and be fully familiar with MSHEM elements related to his position and ensures full compliance to above MSHEM Systems, Practices and Procedures.
- • Ensures MSHEM procedures compliance in his area with right tools & equipment to perform their task safely.
- • Encourages out contract workers safety attitude & behavior.
- • Carry out safely routine field jobs as per schedule in full compliance with PPE. Attends a safety talk at the start of each shift to discuss EHSS planned activities and plant impact on personal safety & health. Reports all Near Misses & Accidents.
- Technical Diploma.
- Diploma Engineers 1 year • Sustained performance - Minimum "Strong" & above
- Communication & Interpersonal Relationships.
- Good level in English language & PC skill

- Problem solving & decision-making.
- Fulfilling Field charge requirements independently and assisting DCS Operator on requirements
