Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of supply chain and warehouse management, and expertise in food safety standards. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth within the FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including warehousing, logistics, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and local authority requirements such as SFDA.
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operational teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and product integrity.
  • Manage vendor and third-party logistics relationships effectively.
  • Oversee health, safety, and regulatory compliance across facilities.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives through ERP and warehouse management systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
  • Certification in Food Safety (HACCP, ISO 22000, NEBOSH Food Safety, or equivalent).
  • Good command of the Arabic language (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and streamline operational processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of SFDA regulations and Saudi market standards is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
