Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals and project timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering, evaluation, awarding, and contract negotiations.
  • Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors in compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Lead procurement activities for large-scale infrastructure and civil construction projects across the KSA.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with local and international vendors to ensure the best value.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage long-term relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance departments to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
  • Manage procurement budgets, cost control, and reporting in accordance with project and corporate financial targets.
  • Stay updated with changes in local market regulations, pricing trends, and supply chain risks.
  • Mentor and manage the procurement team to build internal capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
