Senior Applied AI & Innovation Engineer

• Designs, develops, and deploys AI and machine learning models, pipelines, and applications that solve critical business problems.
• Evaluates and experiments with advanced AI, deep learning, and statistical techniques, selecting the best approaches for targeted use cases.
• Partners with stakeholders across departments to understand requirements and identify opportunities for AI driven innovation.
• Builds and maintains robust, production ready AI platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Stays abreast of advances in AI, machine learning, and data science, and assess their potential application within the organization.
• Leads proof of concept and pilot AI projects, translating experimental results into actionable solutions.
• Collaborates with software engineers, data scientists,and data engineers to integrate AI into products and services.
• Establishes best practices for AI model development,deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Communicates complex AI concepts and results clearly and effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Mentors junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
• Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
