Applied AI & Innovation Engineer

• Designs, builds, and implements AI and machine learning applications tailored to business needs and operational environments
• Evaluates new AI technologies, platforms, and methods,and develop proof-of-concepts or prototypes for potential use.
• Collects, clean, and preprocess data, and apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights.
• Trains, tunes, and evaluates AI and ML models, and integrate them into production environments.
• Works closely with stakeholders, software engineers, and data scientists to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Stays updated with advances in AI, ML, and related fields, making recommendations for new tools, frameworks, or approaches.
• Maintains thorough documentation for AI models, methods,and deployments, and educate stakeholders on best practices.
• Ensures AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and internal policies, with a focus on trust and transparency.
• Monitors the performance and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, providing insights for ongoing optimization and strategic decision-making.
• Follows all prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
• Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
• Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
