Transferable IqamaJobs & Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients (contractors, consultants, building owners, etc.)
Promote and sell firefighting (sprinklers, Valves, Grooved fittings, etc.) and fire alarm products (panels, detectors, sounders, etc.)
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions
Offer technical advice on product selection, compatibility, and applications
Interpret technical drawings and specifications (BOQs, system layouts, etc.)
Support clients in understanding applicable standards (NFPA, BS, local civil defense codes)
Prepare detailed quotations and commercial offers
Coordinate with the estimation and design team to prepare cost-effective proposals
Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts
Work closely with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure proper delivery and support
Provide product training to internal and client teams when required
Stay updated on new products, technologies, and market trends
Maintain a strong understanding of competitors’ offerings and pricing
Provide feedback to management on product performance and client needs
Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding products
Maintain a sales reports for tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
Report sales progress to management regularly
Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes (NFPA, UL, FM, LPCB, EN)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities
Proficient in MS Office
