What you'll be doing:

Essentially a corporate and commercial role, but as is normal in-house, anything can come up.
Taking a control of contracts and contract management, in drafting, negotiating and executing.
Handling compliance and risk management issues, as well as corporate governance and disputes.

Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed:

It's essential that you have fluent, business level Arabic, and you need to be a KSA national.
As a Director level position, you'll likely need at least 10+ years of post-qualified experience as a lawyer.
The legal skill set is general corporate and commercial, additional experience across compliance, employment and regulatory is helpful.
