We are recruiting for a Legal Director to lead and manage the full legal function of a key real estate and development company. Lead and manage the organisation's entire legal function, ensuring effective governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.Oversee and coordinate with external legal firms through framework agreements.Provide legal leadership on complex real estate development projects, including asset management agreements, hotel management agreements (HMAs), and brand licensing.Advise on legal structuring, negotiation, and execution of contracts with both government entities and private partners.Shape legal approaches in investment and construction projects, ensuring alignment with Saudi regulatory frameworks.Operate effectively in a lean legal team, managing priorities with limited internal manpower.Support senior leadership in defining legal strategy and decision-making pathways.Profile
10-12+ years of legal experience, ideally combining both private practice and in-house roles.Must be fluent in Arabic and English.Strong legal background in real estate, investments, or hospitality development, with a deep understanding of Saudi legal frameworks.Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal negotiations and large-scale project agreements.Comfortable working in a small, agile legal function with high levels of ownership and autonomy.Job Offer
