The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the growth and success of our medical clinic by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the healthcare industry. This position requires a keen understanding of the medical field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the clinic's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the medical clinic's needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the clinic and attract talent.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
