- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with SIHAMCO's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Contribute to employer branding, specially in job ad writing and digital presence.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Laws and hiring best practices.
- Source, attract and engage top talent across hospitality, F&B and entertainment sectors through various hiring channels.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the candidate evaluation process for various positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Facilitate positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance check-ins to ensure alignment with hiring goals and SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English language is a MUST, Arabic language is a PLUS
- Proven 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, headhunting or recruitment in the F&B and hospitality sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment leadership or team management role, with a focus on results and accountability.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (eg Workable, Greenhouse, Manatal etc)
- Knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment (eg ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI features, Resume screening software)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Hospitality - F&B hiring experience is a BIG PLUS PLUS
- Skilled in employer branding & digital recruitment campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in GCC Talent Acquisition in the F&B / Hospitality / Entertainment market.
- Experience with seasonal and high volume hiring
- Familiarity with HR Automation Tools like Zapier, Trello, Notion, Jisr.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making for recruitment strategy improvements.
- AI/ATS Tools certifications
