The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our staff, maintaining our network infrastructure, and ensuring the security and integrity of our data.Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and administer the company's network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
Ensure the security of company data through the implementation and maintenance of appropriate security measures.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues before they impact business operations.
Document IT processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver seamless IT services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
