We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with deep expertise in networking, Microsoft 365, and ERP system implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience managing complex IT environments, supporting enterprise platforms, and driving system improvements across both infrastructure and application layers.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and networking issuesAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrivePlan, implement, and configure ERP systems, ensuring integration with existing infrastructureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize ERP solutionsDesign, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructureManage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocolsTroubleshoot and resolve complex system, cloud, ERP, and network issuesMaintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and system proceduresRequirements:Minimum 10 years of hands-on IT support and networking experienceProven experience in ERP system implementation and configuration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 administration and supportStrong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Cisco/Juniper networkingExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, CCNA/CCNP, ERP platform certifications) preferredStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPlease submit your CVs for evaluation.
