Job Title: Application Support Engineer – Banking & Core Bankingbanking experience must core bankingJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with a strong background in core banking systems and banking applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and functionality of mission-critical banking applications, while also working with business and technical teams to resolve incidents, implement upgrades, and support daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1/L2 application support for banking and core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Flexcube, Finacle, T24, etc.).Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, application errors, and system incidents.Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and downtime incidents.Support end users (Operations, Finance, Compliance, etc.) with technical queries and system functionality.Work with vendors and internal IT teams to implement patches, upgrades, and enhancements.Create and maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and known issues.Participate in disaster recovery drills and system backups to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to support UAT, system testing, and deployment.Monitor application logs, transaction flows, and data integrity.
