The Area Sales Manager at EWC is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a
designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, managing a sales team,
coordinating after-sales services, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role
also involves planning, reporting, inventory coordination, and supporting the overall business
strategy to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new customers while expanding sales with existing clients to meet
the sales target.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve area-wise revenue targets.
Plan and conduct a minimum of 5 customer visits per day (new and existing clients).2. Team Leadership & Support
Guide and support Sales Executives in their sales planning, visits, and target
achievements.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Evaluate team performance and recommend training or development actions.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.3. Sales Coordination & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales visit plans and quotation reports.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline building, and account planning.
Analyze sales data and provide performance reports to the Techno-Commercial Manager
and Operations Manager.
Set quotations in CRM or manually when necessary and maintained all sales by the Zoho
CRM system..4. Customer Service & After-Sales
Provide support for after-sales service requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Service Supervisor and Coordinator to schedule service calls.
Supervise after-sales service teams and activities to drive additional revenue.5. Inventory & Warehouse Management
Oversee Riyadh warehouse inventory in coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator.
Coordinate with the after-sales and warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory and
service delivery.6. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in line with credit terms and limits.
Create and manage area-specific budgets and expenditures.
Resolve disputes or concerns within the team or with clients professionally.7. Strategic Planning & Market Development
Conduct regular sales forecasts and monitor key accounts.
Research and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and customers.
Support the development and implementation of standardized sales processes.8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, service, and operations) to
support smooth business operations.
Report directly to the Techno-Commercial Manager and CC Operations Manager
regarding all sales and branch activities.Other Responsibilities:Handle any additional assignments or tasks as directed by EWC Management to fulfill
the organization's goals and objectives.Location: Jeddah
