We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee operations at our Airports Lounges. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers.Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations at the Airports Lounges.
2. Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service.
3. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
6. Create and maintain staff schedules.
7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is a plus.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Skills
