The Site Electrical Engineer Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing electrical engineering projects within Hazard waste disposal industry. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure that electrical systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards. The supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing electrical processes to enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team on-site, ensuring all projects are completed on time.

Develop and implement electrical system designs that meet industry standards and client specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with consultants and other engineering disciplines to coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, specifications, and compliance records.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methods to enhance electrical system efficiency and reliability.
Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with local and international codes and standards.
Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate clear communication and project success.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in maintaining the generators, power panels, and incinerator.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
Ability to work in a remoate environment.
Proficiency in electrical design software and project management tools.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work collaboratively with various teams.
