Job DescriptionJob purposeExecuting technical operations, field visits, Initial Acceptance activities, and warranty periods for projects with relevant entities inside and outside the organization, making decisions in accordance with established procedures and regulations.Key responsibilitiesReviewing technical documents, drawings, and paperwork submitted by departments related to field visits, Initial Acceptance activities, and contractual warranty service requests for projects.Attending meetings and technical committees concerned with examining project works, documents, and drawings during field visits for Initial Acceptance and warranty service requests.Conducting field visits, initial Acceptance activities, and warranty service requests for projects, and making decisions in case of team disagreements, provided they do not conflict with contract terms and specifications, or referring to the department head for decision-making.Performing initial Acceptance and warranty service activities in compliance with the terms and specifications stated in the Royal Commission’s contracts.Preparing technical reports for field visits, initial Acceptance activities, and project warranty service requests in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of the Royal Commission’s projects and contracts.Preparing documents and paperwork related to project closure transactions, ensuring they meet requirements, providing comments, and returning them to the relevant department for correction or submitting them to the department head for signature and approval as per the Royal Commission’s procedures and regulations.Documenting risks (if any) and informing management of circumstances that conflict with interest exit procedures.SkillsTime management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.Technical experience in inspection and auditing of project works and activities.Professional certification in the field is preferred.EducationCivil Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Industrial Engineering
