Job DescriptionJob purposeProvide future expertise and assessments required to monitor the execution of private projects.Key responsibilitiesSupervise the work of consultancy offices, including conducting accurate reviews of all documents prepared for pivate projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Prepare reports on violations and execution notes, and provide recommendations to enhance the performance of consultancy offices.Review and follow up on investors’ submissions to ensure completion of required tasks.Effective implementation of Royal Commission standards in the field of construction.Prepare integrated reports and provide recommendations to maintain quality standards.Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the completeness, validity, and proper archiving of project documents, as well as reviewing legal documents and providing supervisors with the relevant key provisions.Reviewing the required reports submitted by supervisory engineering offices and assessing the quality of submissions and the accuracy of information.Prepare periodic reports related to the private sector across all stages of the project.SkillsTime management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software. Knowledge of technical and administrative requirements for project implementation.
