- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent across various roles.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategy and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
