- Develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with project milestones and organizational objectives.
- Lead the sourcing process for goods and services including market research, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and collaborative practices.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments related to procurement activities and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on procurement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction or entertainment sectors.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing effective procurement strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
