- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and make adjustments as needed
- Create and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the food and beverage department
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and dining experiences
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality and prices for food and beverage products
- Conduct regular inspections of all food and beverage outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards
- Resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to food and beverage services
- Keep up to date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the food and beverage departmentRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Proven track record of financial management and achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
