We are a growing construction company,We seek an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and build our quality function in Tabuk, ensuring compliance with the strictest standards demanded by clients like NEOM, Aramco, Qiddiya, and other key stakeholders in the Kingdom.The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing the entire Quality Management System. You will ensure all concrete elements (both precast and cast-in-situ) meet rigorous technical specifications, client requirements, and Saudi regulatory standards (SASO, ACI, ASTM, PCI). You will be the foundational leader of our quality department.Key Responsibilities
Lead & Build the QC Function: Establish and manage all QC processes, personnel, and systems from the ground up. Foster a culture of quality excellence.Comprehensive Quality Management: Develop, implement, and enforce QC procedures, inspection plans (ITPs), and testing protocols for all concrete works (precast and cast-in-situ).Client Compliance & Documentation: Ensure meticulous documentation covering the entire project lifecycle (material traceability, inspection records, test reports, NCRs, COCs, method statements) to fully satisfy requirements of major clients (NEOM, Aramco, Qiddiya, etc.) and pass rigorous audits.Inspection & Testing: Manage in-process and final inspections, dimensional checks, and material/concrete testing (slump, air, compressive strength). Ensure all results are accurately recorded and traceable.Non-Conformance & CAPA: Lead root cause analysis for defects. Implement robust corrective/preventive actions. Manage hold/release procedures with complete documentation.Supplier & Material Control: Define QC requirements for incoming materials. Ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready records.Reporting & Standards: Prepare detailed quality performance reports. Ensure adherence to Saudi Standards (SASO), PCI, ACI, ASTM, and client-specific specs.Training & Audits: Train production and QC staff. Host and manage internal/external audits, ensuring full documentation readiness.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance based on data analysis.Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years in Construction Quality Control/Quality Assurance.Proven experience implementing and managing QC systems in construction, including comprehensive documentation meeting the standards of major Saudi clients/projects (e.g., NEOM, Aramco, Qiddiya).Strong Technical Knowledge: Concrete mix design, properties, reinforcement, curing, testing, and construction methods for precast and cast-in-situ.Mastery of Standards: Working knowledge of relevant standards (ACI, ASTM, SASO, PCI - where applicable, Saudi building codes).Leadership & Initiative: Ability to build and lead a QC department independently in a growing company environment. Self-driven and hands-on.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and root cause analysis skills.Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision, particularly in process compliance and documentation accuracy.Communication: Fluency in English (Arabic a strong plus). Ability to liaise effectively with production teams, management, clients, and auditors.Organizational Skills: Superior ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and complex documentation flows.Preferred Qualifications
Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, Materials) or equivalent technical diploma.Formal certifications bonus (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ACI Concrete Field/Strength Testing Technician, PCI Level II/III).Direct experience working on NEOM, Aramco, Qiddiya, or similar mega-projects in KSA.What We Offer
