Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management – Mandatory
Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience, with significant exposure to fit-out and finishing works
Strong command of ISO standards, QMS, and construction quality protocols
Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, reporting tools, and inspection techniques
Experience in GCC projects, preferably with exposure to NEOM, Royal Commission, or Aramco standards
Certification in ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or equivalent"

Key Responsibilities "Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and Method Statements
Oversee QA/QC activities across civil and fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes
Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client specifications, and local regulations
Manage NCRs, CARs, and preventive actions with full documentation and follow-up
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality deliverables
Lead QA/QC team and mentor junior engineers to uphold quality standards"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
