Lead the development and management of project controls standards, processes, and procedures.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, costing, and risk management aspects of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to track progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster communication and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project teams in providing training and guidance on project controls best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.
Proficient in project management software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and other project controls tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls.
