JASARA PMC is looking to hire a Project Controls Engineer. This role is critical for ensuring the effectiveness of project controls across our various projects. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have a passion for project management, and possess a strong analytical mindset.In this position, you will support project managers by providing data-driven insights and analysis, facilitating informed decision-making processes, and enhancing overall project performance.Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of project control processes and tools.
Contribute to the planning and scheduling of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
Gather, analyze, and report on project performance data.
Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Support the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
Enhance communication and collaboration across various departments to streamline project activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
5 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
