- Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote and sell Sealy products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and understanding customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our mattresses.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
