📍 Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience in tendering and estimation for fire protection systems.Strong ability to review and analyze BOQ, tender drawings, specifications, and general & special conditions in coordination with Contract Administrators or Legal Advisors.Prepare and submit technical proposals and tender documentation.Coordinate with the Procurement Department to gather supplier/subcontractor prices based on previous projects and up-to-date market information; obtain competitive and reliable quotes.Perform cost analysis for all fire protection systems, including detailed breakdowns for materials, labor, and wastage.Contribute to the costing of variations, new scope items, and prepare quotations for projects, fit-out, comprehensive/non-comprehensive maintenance and installation works.Follow up with clients and developers during bid evaluations.Review Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with agreed terms and payment conditions.Conduct inspection of all fire protection systems when required.📧 To Apply:
