Dear AllWe are looking for Lead Piping Engineer with Aramco Project Experience, Minimum 10–15 years of experience in piping engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead role on LSTK or EPC oil & gas projects.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Lead Piping Engineer to manage the complete piping engineering scope of a Saudi Aramco LSTK project. The project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of submersible pumps and integration of associated aboveground and underground piping systems at remote well locations. The Lead Piping Engineer will oversee the design, procurement support, installation coordination, and testing of all piping systems in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, international codes, and project-specific requirements.Key Responsibilities:? Lead and coordinate all piping engineering activities across all the site lication, from FEED review through detailed design, procurement, and installation.? Review key piping deliverables issued by Detailed-design Engineering Contractor, including:o Piping layouts, isometric drawings, piping material specifications (PMS), line lists, valve lists, and support details.? Ensure piping design supports submersible pump systems and interfaces seamlessly with electrical, civil, and I&C works.? Review and verify piping stress analysis, hydraulic calculations, and flexibility studies for aboveground and buried pipelines.? Develop material take-offs (MTOs) and support procurement activities, including technical bid evaluations (TBE) for piping components, valves, and fittings.? Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAMSS, SAEP, and applicable international codes.? Provide technical guidance during site installation, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning, and tie-in activities.? Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to resolve inter-discipline clashes and support interface management.? Ensure all piping work complies with project HSE and quality requirements, particularly in hazardous area classifications.? Prepare and manage as-built documentation, redline markups, and field engineering requests.Qualifications and Experience:? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.? Minimum 10–15 years of experience in piping engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead role on LSTK or EPC oil & gas projects.? Strong experience in piping design for:o Water injection, production, and wellhead facilitieso Submersible pump systems and remote well locations? Familiarity with buried piping systems, piping supports, and corrosion protection in desert environments.? Experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., PDMS, E3D, SP3D) and piping stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II).?
